Successful Kickball Tournament

On Saturday October 29th, friends, family, and teammates came together at the fields to remember Sean Jucha, and play some kickball in his memory.  Over 40 teams....200 players, and 100 kickball fans took to the fields for a great day!

The event raised almost $3,500 in donations to The Jimmy Fund, in support of cancer research.

Thank you to all those who planned this great event, and to everyone who came out to support a great cause!

Kickball in Memory of Sean Jucha

The Greenbush Soccer Club is happy to be hosting a Family Fun Kickball Tournament in memory of Sean Jucha.

Sean was a student at Goff Middle School and a friend to many in the community.  At the age of ten, he was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer.  Sean fought the cancer for three years, determined to not let it him slow him down.  Throughout his treatment, Sean continued to excel at his schoolwork, athletics, and his many friendships.  Sadly, in August of this year, Sean lost his battle against cancer.
